1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) . Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email and a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation to verify your order details .

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using reliable courier services .

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Major Cities: 3–5 business days 
    • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days (may vary)

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Standard: Rs. 250 for orders up to Rs. 4,999.

    • Heavy/Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply based on weight and dimensions .

    • Free Shipping: On orders of Rs. 5,000 or above.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to select countries. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and customs procedures .

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 10–30 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance .

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees . We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link . Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf .

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate .

  • Delayed Shipments: We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes). We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Certain items may have restrictions based on destination country regulations (e.g., oversized products, restricted materials). If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you promptly.
