1. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BalaghBooks. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may initiate a return.

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Returned items must be in new, unread, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns on books that have been damaged due to use.

Non-Returnable Items: Digital products (e.g., e-books, audiobooks), downloadable content, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds
